Build a Daily Property Finder Tool (Scraper + Dashboard)

I’m looking for a developer to build a simple but reliable tool that automatically finds new property listings in Madeira (Portugal) each day based on set criteria (price, property type, location).

The goal is to create a daily property discovery system that scans multiple sources (property websites + marketplaces), removes duplicate listings, and shows only new opportunities via a clean dashboard and daily email digest.

I’ve already attempted a no-code setup (scraping + Airtable + automation tools), but it’s not reliable, so I’m now looking for someone who can build this properly end-to-end.

This does NOT need to be over-engineered, but it must be:
- Stable and automated (daily runs)
- Able to track and filter out previously seen listings
- Presented in a simple, visual UI (not spreadsheets)
