Booking system created in ruby on rails

Reposting as i awarded the job to somebody who never replied. DOH!

A Ruby on Rails project created that implements something very similar to the following wordpress plugin:

Main pages

- Admin page (where site admin creates classes with available spaces), use devise gem!
- User credits (Another admin page where credits can be added to users)
- Booking page (where the user books on to a class and credits are deducted) 1 class = 1 credit
- Pricing page (where user can buy more credits via paypal)

It MUST contain,

- Ability for users to create an account (using the devise gem)
- On sign up user is given 1 free credit associated with their account
- Sign up should use CAPTCHA
- Once signed up users can browse to a page /calendar
- They see a calendar with available classes and time slots
- User can book onto a class
- If successful user is deducted 1 credit
- Admin interface for creating classes
- User has the ability to cancel an upcoming class they are booked onto
- User can purchase more credits via paypal form a /pricing page
- design, should look like the wordpress plugin provided and use javascript for the calendar
- calendar & booking should be responsive (like the wordpress plugin)

Other:
- Other than the calendar & booking styles i don't mind how the admin interface etc looks. It can just be plain html.
- Code must be on github, i will provide repository access
