CMS Surveyors Ltd carry out independent inspection services throughout the UK. We work with multiple clients, including utility, carbon management and install companies. We are looking for a bespoke solution to –

Manage orders

Our clients can place orders through automatic system, they can fill out standard template to request work and this is accepted by the system and assigns reference numbers, creates payment orders.

Allocate inspections to employees or sub-contractors

Once orders are received the system can allocate to inspectors. Batches can be accepted or rejected by agents, agents can clearly see their workload, easy to see work in similar areas that might be spread over multiple batches.




Onsite inspection (Currently use iAuditor)

Inspectors can take accepted workload and instantly open up an inspection for a particular address/site. At the moment agents use iAuditor, we use multiple industry accepted forms. Inspectors complete inspections on standard forms, with overall status, pictures, notes etc. Once inspection is completed this is automatically uploaded back into the system as completed and would show on status of the batch, for example 35 out of 67 completed etc.

Review

In house technical manager can review completed orders before marking as complaint and ready to return. Work then returned to client and raises invoice.
