Backend Developer to construct a isolated, testing environment

Property Investor Africa seeks an independent backend developer to build an isolated testing environment simulating an enterprise real estate data provider. Deliverables: a relational mock database with 500+ structurally varied asset records (images, pricing, coordinates, metadata); a script to stream INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE payloads reflecting market dynamics; endpoints emitting simulated real-time bursts to stress-test listeners; REST API and secure webhook feeds; API schema and 14-day integration support. Must have 4+ years backend architecture experience, expertise in event-driven systems, webhooks, and secure RESTful streams, and be ready to deliver and begin support within 48–72 hours of engagement.
