AWS Lambda / Python function to fill in web form and sent

Hi

I am searching for a Lambda / python developer who can create a function which can do the following:

* Unsubscribe email users from receiving marketing emails by filling an HTML form and sending it, the page is listed below
* The form has spam protection with unique Id's, so the lambda function needs to read this unique id and send it together with the form
* The lambda function will receive an SNS message with an email addresses as paramater which it needs to use in the form

Please list how much time is needed and why?
Are you gonna use beautifulsoup4 or going to use other methodes?
