Automation read picture as 3 digit number and enter into site

Hi,

I've attached a screenshot of website where I wish to have automation for:

Read the 3 digit number in the picture
Enter it into the field below picture
Click Continue button

Which continously loops.

When submitting proposal, please indicate:
- Explanation for how picture will be read and value entered into field will be implemented
- Any user interface design and/or controls
- Length of time to build application

I do not know how to price this work so have used an indication for freelancer at CERT 5 for a fixed price. There is likely to be follow on work, so please budget realistically.
