Automate my Excel Spreadsheets

Description of requirements/functionality: My company has existing spreadsheets for daily, weekly, monthly orders. This includes product name types, invoices, delivery notes, and expenses/taxes.
Most of these sheets have been interlinked with formulas, however we would like a professional to finish the job, tie up the loose ends and automate the parts we have not been able to. The job is quite small for someone who knows how to work Excel.

Functions we would like to be added:
- Product names to be recognised in all sheets, with price and details added automatically
- If a product detail is changed in the main product list it is changed in all sheets
- Customer list adjustments update all other sheets if info is changed
- If a customer is added, it is automatically allocated a space in the daily/weekly/monthly orders list
for example if we have customer 1 and customer 3, then we add customer 2, the new customer must appear between the two existing customer on our order list
- Automatic taxes and simpler expenses sheet
- Automatically save files to an allocated folder based on the date as to have files correctly organised in our folders
- We send a daily email to the bakery main office and our delivery man. If possible, we would like to have a one click function to send these emails with the appropriate attachment. This is a small extra but not a complete necessity

We do not know if all of these requests are possible, but it would be great if you are able to do all of them for us. We will provide you with further information such as our spreadsheets and contact once we feel you are the correct candidate for the role.
