Automate excel sheet using VBA macros

I require a vba/macro programmed excel sheet

The sheet needs to be created in excel 2003 and the word document to be created also needs to be word 2003.

The testsheet will be different each month hence the need for it to be uploaded and details changed dependent on details in the sheet testsheet. The data that will be in the testsheet will be in the same position (i.e. columns) every month.

I require an excel sheet to be automated with the following functions

1). The ability to press a button and a pop up box asking you to select a sheet, that will allow for the upload of 'testsheet1', take the data from this file and cross check it with the data that is in the workbook example 1 adding any new additional companies and removing those companies that are no longer in the new data list.

2). The column P in 'Workbook Example 1' tab 'Template March 2013' to have an automated PRAG status (purple, red, amber and green) based on the entries in columns H to O

PURPLE - All company types 1 and 2 which have not had a meeting for 1 month to be highlighted purple.
All other companies that have not had a meeting for over 3 months to be highlighted purple (cells I,K,M,O to be used)

RED - All traders (apart from type 1 and type 2)that have not had a s/sheet submitted but meeting has taken place within 2 months (cells H to M to be considered)

AMBER - All traders (apart from type 1 and type 2) that have not had a s/sheet submitted but meeting has taken place within 1 month (cells H to M to be considered)

GREEN - All traders (apart from type 1 and type 2) s/sheet and meeting has been made within the month.

3). (Workbook Example 1)The ability to press a button and a seperate workbook to be created with only columns A,B,C,D,E and P with the colour in the cell.

4). (Workbook Example 1)The ability to press a button and word document to be created that lists all companies that have purple as a status, with all details in cell A,B,C,D,E and O for that company listed also.
The document to also contain the same for all companies with red as a status.
