ASP.NET MVC C# Frontend Development - (Based on Desktop version)

I need an ASP.NET C# frontend engineer to build the frontend (using syncfusion components - https://www.syncfusion.com/aspnet-mvc-ui-controls) for a new ASP.NET MVC website.

BACKGROUND
I'm looking to convert an existing C# Windows Desktop Winforms application (that was built using Syncfusion components) to a C# ASP.NET MVC solution. The scope of this part of the conversion task is mainly limited to the frontend/user-interface.

EXPECTED OUTCOME - SUMMARY
 The User-Interface of the C# ASP.NET MVC solution should look just like the existing Windows Desktop version
 The same Syncfusion components used in the Windows Desktop Winforms application should be used
ooo The task will revolve around creating the Default.aspx, Site.Master, Site.Mobile.Master, Site.css files
 The conversion work is mainly frontend/user-interface focussed, with potentially a bit of backend work
