Asp.net mvc and wpf developer needed to finish project

We have a project which is completed and deployed to customer
Here is the brief description of the Project.
1. WPF - Window Application - This application installed on machine and regularly fetch the data from a local device which is csv file . this Continuously send the data to cloud. Customer is facing some data loss during the transmission which we need to fix and debug
2. Asp.net mvc Sql server application - this application display the result and data imported and uploaded from the window wpf application
3. We need to create a new report on wpf application to show history of the data imported means how many data is in the csv and how much data for that day uploaded in the cloud

We need an experience company or Individual to complete this task

total budget for this task is not more than $150-$175
