Arduino programming to send NEC IR codes.

I've soldered up a custom keyboard which I would like to program to send IR signals to control a Pioneer CD player. A programmer helped me make some code, but couldn't finish it. I'd like to use https://github.com/z3t0/Arduino-IRremote as the library if possible, as that is what I decoded the IR signals from.

I'll attach pictures of the board and the code thus far. Think you could help?

I had trouble with a different library where it sent random signals, or sometimes no signal at all, so I'd like for it to send the simple NEC codes above only.
