Arduino LED project

Hi. I need to to make an 11mtr RGBW led strip light up a staircase with 2 PIRs on both ends. I need to run lights from top to bottom (also with fading effect) when top PIR senses movement and off from bottom to top after a specified period of time. The same effect for the bottom PIR.

if TOP PIR is LOW
LEDS OFF

if TOP PIR is HIGH
LEDS fade in from top to bottom
ignore BOTTOM PIR
timer of 30 sec
LEDS fade out from bottom to top

if BOTTOM PIR is LOW
LEDS OFF

if BOTTOM PIR is HIGH
LEDS fade in from bottom to top
ignore TOP PIR
timer of 30 sec
LEDS fade out from top to bottom
