Apple Business Manager & Managed Apple ID Setup

am looking for an Apple specialist to set up a professional Apple account structure for my business.

This is not simply creating an Apple ID. I need someone experienced with Apple Business Manager and Managed Apple IDs who can configure everything correctly from the start.

Requirements:

Set up Apple Business Manager.
Connect and verify my custom business domain.
Create Managed Apple IDs.
Configure administrator access.
Ensure the business retains full ownership and control of all Apple accounts.
