API integration with another LMS using JSON programming

: I need an API Integration programmer with excellent knowledge of JSON programming.
Context: We are a global learning provider who is partnering with a Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) to promote and sell our Elearning catalogue.
We have approximately 20 Elearning modules that consists of approximately 400 units. Each unit will consist of approximately 3 assets (i.e., LEARN: video (MP4) / CHECK: Knowledge check (SCORM and/or MP4) / APPLY: Exercise (SCORM and/or MP4))
You will be responsible for
• Using JSON Programming to upload assets from one LMS platform to another LMS.
• Uploading and testing each unit via an API connector using JSON programming.
• Initially you will be required to test both API connectors and establish the best connector to use which you will then setup and test the endpoint.
• Collaboratively work with LMS Administrator & LMS Manager ensuring to provide updates of actions taken and raise any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Deadline for completion will be 1st July.
