Description
Experience Level: Expert
Project Description:
We are looking for a developer to build a standalone web application that integrates the TomTom Mobile Mapping API and links from our main website (www.terravisus.com).
The goal is to give users access to street-level imagery through a simple, interactive platform with login and admin functionality.
Core Features:
• User login (secure access).
• Admin area to create and manage logins.
• Interactive map showing coverage (survey tracks and panorama points).
• Ability to click on a road or point to open a 360° panorama.
• Metadata display alongside the panorama (date/time, location, session ID, camera orientation, resolution, etc.).
• Search by area (draw or select a location) to see available data.
• Filter panoramas by year of capture.
• Future-ready design so we can later add:
• Change detection (compare imagery over time).
• Export functionality.
• LiDAR data integration.
Notes:
• We currently use ArcGIS for metadata viewing. If suitable, our existing ArcGIS account can be used to support this functionality.
• Our website runs on Hotspot CMS, so if possible, the login could be linked, otherwise a lightweight standalone system is fine.
• We have a TomTom API key (currently restricted to a small area, but we expect an unrestricted key later).
What We Expect From You:
• Deliver a working platform with the features listed above.
• Propose a fixed price for the project.
• Provide an estimated delivery timeline.
• Ensure the TomTom API key is kept secure (not visible in the browser).

Hi Cameron Ure, I have some questions here.
Currently, your TomTom API key is restricted to a small area. Will you provide the unrestricted key before development or after Phase 1?
Do you require support for older panoramas captured before a certain year, or only the most recent dataset?
Should the system pre-cache tiles and metadata for faster viewing, or load everything on-demand? -

Could you please confirm if you prefer the login system to be linked with your Hotspot CMS or kept as a fully standalone system?
