Description of requirements/features: Create a AngularJS webpage page that allows you to take a picture on your devise or upload one, it then automatically resizes files that are too large and assigns a file name based on a variable input. All in addition to having a feature that enables you to email the picture directly from within the application to an external party.
Extra notes:
Only files compatible with AngularJS 1.5.7 should be used

Separate Bower install scripts into separate files
Separate AngularJS Controller file
Separate HTML file for the view
Separate PHP file for database interaction
