Angular 5 app needing routing and two new page components

We have a single page angular 5 app where we want to add the following pages:
1) one page for privacy policy (with always-on-top vertical navbar - wireframe below)
2) one page for user agreement (wireframe below)

These are our requirements:
- well coded app with easy to understand comments
- responsive design in both tablet, mobile and desktop

The attachment contains two wireframes for the privacy policy page and user agreement page.
