Angular 2/4 Component Building

Hi Guys,

I would like a developer to build an Angular 2/4 custom component for me. If you have not got good understanding of Angular 2/4 (TypeScript) then this job is not for you.

See attachment for design.

The component is a timeline graph and will be called ProgressBar. I require a developer to build this component with all logic and styling and then provide me with the four developed files;

progress-bar.component.css
progress-bar.component.html
progress-bar.component.spec.ts
progress-bar.component.ts

The progress bar must not use an external library for the graph.

If you feel comfortable in developing this, then please let me know and I will supply further details on component requirements / logic.
