Experience Level: Intermediate
I have two Amazon EC2 servers on two different accounts down. Status checks 1/2 on both and neither are accessible. One is hosting a ticket system and the other a hardware controller. I need this looked at ASAP. Update. Pem file not available and putty is not allowing connection.
