Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: I often do Online presentations. I'd like a always on top of desktop logo I can use for my presentations. Windows widgets used to do it but im sure needs tweaking now for windows 10. SInce my presentations are always in chrome also maybe a script can be written for that as a way to do it.
