Overview
I am launching Remembered, by Gem — a premium UK subscription service. I need an experienced automation developer to build the complete backend system: a subscriber database in Airtable, automated email workflows triggered by date logic, an AI gift curation engine using the Claude API, Stripe subscription management, and a subscriber-facing account dashboard built in Softr. A detailed technical brief covering every element of the build is available to shortlisted candidates under confidentiality.

The core build includes
Airtable database with four interconnected tables. Seven Make automation workflows including date-triggered email sequences and Claude API calls. Claude API integration for AI-generated gift recommendations with a structured JSON output. Stripe recurring subscription setup with webhook integration. A Softr subscriber dashboard where users can manage up to 10 recipient profiles, with save-and-return functionality and deep-linked profile editing. Integration with Mailchimp or Klaviyo for email delivery.

What I need from you
A fully documented, tested system that a non-technical business owner can operate independently. A milestone-based build with clear deliverables at each stage. A handover session on completion. Thirty days of post-handover support for bug fixes.

Ideal candidate
You have demonstrable experience with Airtable, Make (formerly Integromat), and Stripe webhook integrations. You have built at least one project involving an AI API (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar). You are comfortable building subscriber-facing portals in Softr or a comparable no-code tool. You document your work clearly and communicate proactively. You have worked with non-technical clients before and know how to explain what you’ve built in plain English.
