AI Dynamic search organize Web Application

Looking to build Web Saas platform as per attached basic map minimum requirement of my dynamic functions , to offer search results from 6 search engines , the input will be like Brand name ,model number, agent name , agent contact info , google map contact info , so we need multi dynamic input , and results should go and check search engine and then open main factory website to check if they are listed at their website or not ,then show results , example Brand name apple.com , need to check their agent list in selected countries , system should have option to SMTP , so user can send email also direct from inside , system should check internet website news to know if the model i discounted with reference to add it in results ,system should validate the email ID before sending so if email not valid should stop and not send , so the system will be products sourcing and communication with email validation option to be linked to the user SMTP server along with all saas functions like otp email registration and membership plan and user roll and other , so please check and let know if you can build it ? how much will be your cost ? & how much i need to pay to 3rd party in case you are using API ?
