AI ChatGPT Trading Bot

I am looking for a skilled coder to build an algorithmic trading bot using historical data ideally for stocks, indices and shares (not Crypto as I feel it is too unpredictable).

It looks like Interactive Brokers has the best platform: https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/
