Key Responsibilities
Apply agile planning and delivery frameworks to organise workflows and performance cycles
Use sprint planning, review, and retrospective techniques to facilitate process improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and clarity
Employ structured communication methods to ensure efficient collaboration and progress tracking
Maintain disciplined practices aligned with measurable performance goals
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in an agile delivery capacity
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
Proven ability to utilise structured approaches for process optimisation and performance management
Comfortable working remotely within defined operational systems and performance expectations
Open to applying agile expertise in non-traditional or emerging digital environments
