            Integration development project
Below is the information I was given by Adelante with regards to their APIs and how their process works. This should allow your people to provide a quote. In terms of 365, we have built an end to end sales process in Dynamics 365, going from Lead through to planning the installation of the product. On the Quote record within the system, the sales agent will have built up the required line items, giving a 'total amount' value. The following is a screengrab of the payment plan data that is then either manually entered or automatically calculated by the system.
Payment Frequency - Manually entered, options currently Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly.
Total Amount - Auto calculated, from the line items entered into the quote
Deposit Amount - Manually entered. As discussed, we will need to be able to take this payment using your service. I have not yet created fields for card details as want to check exactly how you would want this to work (we discussed online payment being more secure for example)
Amount Remaining - Auto calculates, subtracting deposit from total amount.
Date of First Payment - Manually entered, stipulating when their first payment will be taken by you as part of the plan.
First Payment Amount - Manually entered, stipulating how much they will pay on their first payment, which could be different to the reoccurring payment.
Payment Amount Thereafter - Manually entered, stipulating how much the customer wants to pay per payment as part of the plan on each reoccurring payment.
No. of Payments Required - Auto calculates how many payments are required to pay off the remaining balance at the rate of payment.
Final Payment Amount - Auto calculates the remainder, to show the amount that the final payment will be.
