Add registration steps to existing ReactJS website

Hi,

I need someone who is able to add views to existing ReactJS website https://lifecoachingapp.co.uk according to the mockup document attached.

The website is built in ReactJS. We want the developer to focus on quality as the website will be later expanded a lot.

For this work, we want to use Material UI which is well documented on their website: https://material-ui.com. So all the component (example: fields, form, etc.) must use this library, except for the calendar. Colours must be the same as the rest of the website. Please, let me know if you want more details.

The different views must be responsive for computer and mobile as well. It must be cross-browser compatible with the most recent web browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Edge, this is all we need :)

Step 1 and 4, click on the 'Next' button will send a request to the API. I will give you the details of those 2 endpoints to call with a json body (but nothing special here). The website should show in a red label above the button any eventual error. If success after a click on the 'Next' Button step 1, it must replace the 'Next' button with a message: 'Your request is sent. Please check you email to continue the registration process'. The backend will send a link (with id in URL) to go to step 2 to continue the application process.

The website must use client-side validation at every step.

The code is on BitBucket and it will be shared with you when project is accepted.
