Add features to exciting Job Board Script

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: Looking for making few changes to exiting Job Board PHP Script. Homepage currently displays jobs listed. Once you click on the Job link it will take you to job detail.

The changes I am looking to make is display employer with Logo on the homepage instead of jobs. Then once they click on the Job that will take them to employer info page, which will have small employer company description. Then under the description will be listed jobs that belongs to that employer.
