A program written in Python to run on a Raspberry Pi

I'm looking for someone to write me a program for my Raspberry Pi 4 in Python. I have a pump in my garage and this sensor. https://thepihut.com/products/optomax-digital-liquid-level-sensor?_pos=6&_sid=1883e6b60&_ss=r. If water in a drain reaches the sensor I want the pump to start. When the sensor is dry, it will stop the pump after a set delay period in seconds the user can select. The pump is 12V but would require a relay to operate it.

I also have a heater in there. I would like it to have a temperature sensor (open to recommendations of which to buy) so that the heater will come on at a specific temperature. There would also me a manual override to turn on the heater.

I can do electronics and soldering etc but I do need guidance on how to connect this all to my pi and what other components I would need to buy.
