Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of every page/module: Hi,
i am in need of a person, who can convert number of websites in responsive and compatible version.
actually i am gonna outsource the work, at the moment i do have couple of developers from India, but the issue is they can handle 1 - 2 websites max on daily basis.... and we have a good amount of local customers.
At the moment we are paying 25 USD for each website, (task is only the RESPONSIVENESS) NO DEVELOPMENT AT ALL!
platform could be any, i.e Wordpress/Joomla/Magento/Drupal etc and sometime clients have simple HTML based websites.
if you are happy with the price then apply otherwise PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME :)
