General information for the business: Ahsay Cloud Backup Software
Description of requirements/functionality: We are looking for a web based portal to create users (both trial and paid), view account stats, change password, delete account and upgrade account from trial to paid for the Ahsay backup software using their provided APIs - http://download.ahsay.com/support/document/guide_obs_admin.pdf
The portal will need to send out emails after 12, 13, 14 and 15 days to inform the user that their trial period is close to ending/has ended.
If user upgrades to a paid account it will need to take Direct Debit / Credit Card payments using provided APIs
A routine to iterate on a daily basis to check for a variety of things such as last DD paid, how much paid, amount of storage space paid for, amount used, if < 10% space left send an email informing the user what the next tier will cost and that the new amount will be taken at the next payment and then increase backup space.
The programmer to work with our web designer to input / output the results to the Ahsay Offsite Backup Server. A detailed working knowledge of Ahsay would be very helpful and we are anticipating that the final result will be a very comprehensive CRM which integrates seamlessly with the Online Backup Server.
We have a partially working example but the design is not what we want and the programmer we used can only spare a half day per month on the project which is holding us back for going live with the website.
We need the whole process from initial 14 day trial to a live paying customer to be fully automated and once the user becomes a live customer, for the CRM to track and link in to the direct debit payment system, increasing or decreasing the payments based on the backup space used
