Hello.
We are building a website that we need to add 4 customer forms.
We are linux based with cpanel.
1st form - in to be added on hold page to handle subscribers email address see page www.zenithaf.com ( it not working - it needs to be fixed and working.)
2nd form - is as https://www.baytreecars.com/finance-quotation
3rd form - is as https://www.baytreecars.com/finance-application/
4th form - is on the contact us page which is not finished. Name, address, email and message to be captured and an opt in newsletter button.
As mention we are still working on website, so within 2 weeks would be good.
