Zoho CRM bulk Contracting Mail merge with Zoho Sign

This project seeks assistance with conducting a proof of concept mail merge and digital signature workflow using Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign. The client aims to adopt Zoho CRM for managing producer relationships and needs help sending out bulk contracts for signature. Within the next 1-7 hours, the goal is to map fields from a producer contact list in CRM to a standard contract template. This template would then be mail merged to automatically populate each producer's contact details before being sent out for electronic signature via Zoho Sign. Ideally, the process would be set up in a manner allowing the client to seamlessly manage and track signed contracts through the CRM going forward. Due to a tight deadline and the need to send contracts by tomorrow morning, the client requires guidance from a Zoho CRM specialist.
