Zaiper or Make Auto Payment Webhook for Paypal and Stripe

I am looking for a freelancer to teach me how to set a multisided marketplace stripe or Paypal webhook on make.com or zapier:
1.Provide Step by step screenshots for every step on Paypal,Stripe,Make or Paypal to create a successful auto payment webhook.
2.Stripe or Paypal Marketplace Payment type: on demand, examples reference to
Fiverr, Upwork, and Airtasker, reference to attached funds flow chart and blueprint requirements;
3.Payment flow: user deposit in marketplace stripe, vender get paid after delivery approved by user
automatically from marketplace stripe account. Manual input amount, and other info will be regarded as a uncompleted project without any pay.
4..Freelancer can not claim any payments from providing technical instructions copied from the above mentioned websites (Paypal,Stripe,Zapier or Make) as a completed project.
5.Test Request from Adalo for Make or Zaiper API Base URL must be successful with correct Query Param and blue print;
6.The project can only be regarded as completed after test payments are processed on Make for Stripe and Paypal.
7.The project delivery is 8 days after receipt of payment in PHP escrow.
