Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
I am looking to create a mobile app that will allow assigning batches of ingredients to batches of finished products.
The main requirements are these:
- the app could be used by a unregistered user to scan a batchode QR/Barcode of the finished product, and the app will provide a Boolean Value if the product is halal or not, based on the information about the ingredients' batch code, that will be stored in a cloud database
- A registered user would be able to add products, with their ingredients into the database, and to add new ingredients to a Ingredients table. For each batch of ingredient there will be needed the information whether the product is halal or not
- A registered user use the app to scan the batch code of the product being manufactured, and the app will provide a screen with blank fields, corresponding to the number of ingredients being required for the products. They will then be able to scan the batch code of each ingredient for that specific product. Following the submission, the new batches produced will be stored in a Batches of finished products table. If all the batches ingredients used were halal, based on the information stored in a Batches of ingredients table, similar with the Batches of finished product, the batch will be halal, information that will be provided to the unregistered user, alternatively, it will not be halal.
I did create a design document, which I will make available to whoever will be interesting in creating this
