Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: During the first launch, the user should log in with an email address and password. After that, the user must be able to choose their own PIN code and a fake PIN code. The user must also allow push notifications.

After launching the app, the user must enter their PIN code. If the fake PIN code is entered, a plain web view must be shown. If the real PIN code is entered, the actual app must be shown.

The actual app is a chat app. The first screen must show a list of conversations (with a title and a preview of the latest message — like WhatsApp, but without profile images). When opening a conversation, all messages (text/image) in the conversation must be shown. The user must be able to send a message (text/image picker). The user cannot start new conversations themselves (the server provides a list of conversations).

The app must update automatically, when a push notification is received or when the app is launched.

A JSON API will be provided. Logging in and sending/retrieving messages is possible through the API. Push notifications will be sent from the server, you do not need to develop this.

The app must be developed using Xamarin.Forms for Android and iOS. The app must be finished in 1-2 weeks.

    - As per the post, user can not start new chats then who will be the users with whom user can chat? How the server will determine list of user to chat with each other?
    - Are these users friends of the user?
