Hi,
I'm looking for a windows based phone app, I want to load this app onto my engineers phone so the results will come directly to an inbox. Here is a rough list of it's features:
Simple checklist with about 20 yes / no answers.
At the beginning a box to input a job number,
At the end of the checklist is a proceed question, pressing yes will email the results discreetly to a supervisor along with a time, date and location stamp. These checklists need to be emailed out in such a way that I can save and then search through them. I expect about 20 of these checklists to be completed a day.
I am thinking that at the end of the checklist is a submit button, this causes the document to be sent to a universal email account. I could then use outlook to filter 'senders name' the subject line can be the job number input at the beginning of the checklist and of course I will have a received time.
I am also looking to be able to see the engineers approximate location when the form is sent.
If this is a success I want to move onto building an app to complete planned maintenance tasks for our equipment.
Needless to say if we proceed I will need to be able to manage this app internally and take ownership of the content as Smith's would not allow this to be managed off site.
Kind Regards
Matthew Moore
