Web / Flash Applcation Development

I'm unsure if this project is technically possible, but here goes.

I'm looking for a module/web application that will be able to read and display PDF documents in a web browser. The trick comes in, as the documents need to be blocked from:

1. Printing
2. Saving
3. Save As
4. Edit
5. Copy

So they are only meant to be viewed while the user is logged into our website, and cannot be taken away in any way of format. I know Adobe software has some of these features but cannot block the Save As and Save functions. A screen shot block will also be needed.

I'm thinking there could be a Flash/Action script (or other technologies e.g. Java) Guru out there, who has the expertise to develop and application that will meet all these requirements.

If you're certain you can develop such an app/module to integrate with the rest of our site, which is developed in ASP.NET and on Win 2003 sever, please bid
