Web Development application for motor trade

Need to develop a web based application which car dealers can you use to input details of a car in order to give an accurate valuation.

The application will link up with dvla to carry out a regisration number lookup to retrieve vehicle information.

App Will need to obtain customer details to populate a dealer database. Inforamtion gathered will need to also be printable and have the ability to be emailed. Interface will need to be clean user friendly and easy on the eye.
