General information for the business: We are designer firm
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: In our company, each of our sales is a project that we need to manage. Currently we are using some tools like Trello, Asana and more. Not each projects are complicated, some are just 5 minutes job; and there are multiple (currently 2) departments for different type of projects.
The problem is that as our business grow larger, our higher management wants to visualise the company's overall performance in an easier way. Hence, a proposal of creating an Application:
- Accessible through web
- Manage projects (using Agile Scrum properties: story, task etc.)
- Monitor projects (using Agile Scrum metrics: burn-down chart etc)
- Team member monitoring & management (availability, task assigned, performance metrics, cost)
Specific technologies required: Laravel
OS requirements: Linux

I would like to go through software development documentation for each phase to ensure the delivery of product.
