Web Application Development - SAAS / Multi-Tenant - Helpdesk App

Developer required to assist with development of SAAS based helpdesk ticketing application and associated modules, including reports and user management / administration.

In addition to core functional modules will require system management module to allow creation of new customers, automatic provisioning of their instance and reporting on user licence numbers for billing.

Initial intention is to build a MVP to take to market for SAAS startup, but will also require support with ongoing development and hosting environment management.

Preference would be a per module cost and engagement initially.
