We need a Software Developer

We are a nursery school and wish to develop an app to be used on PCs and tablets which will support us with the tracking and reporting on children's development. The attached document includes a description of what we have today and what we need.

Today we basically use a series of Excel sheets which work well on a computer but not on a tablet and they are not confined within their own environment.

Initially what we are looking for is an App which replicates what we have today. Once that is ready we plan to add more functionality.
