Visual Basic6 Date Function

I am using following code to show my tax period date. Which is every year from 6 April to 5 April example 06/04/2010 - 05/04/2011.

FrmEndOfyear.Caption = CDate(\"06/04/\" & Year(Date)) & \" - \" & CDate(\"05/04/\" & (Year(Date) + 1))


With this code what its doing is when January 2011 come year date get change to 2011 - 2012 which I don\'t want that.

I want change yeardate on after 05 April , which is on 6 April so can someone please tell me the code
