UX / UI Designer Required for an Initial Phase of a Project

I am looking for a talented UX / UI designer to assist in creating a framework for an application that I'm looking to develop. As an output, I essentially need a story board that outlines the user journey, whilst also providing a visual representation on the look & feel of this proposed application.

The first phase of the project would incorporate a web application with a fairly simplistic feature-set, and following the launch of the first phase, I would personally look to provide the product to a small number of organisations. Once the product is established in a few smaller organisations, I would look to roll-out phase two of the project, which would include a more advanced feature-set that would likely require an integration specialist.

Following signature of an NDA, I would look to arrange an initial scoping call, to understand how much it would cost to create the story board and a visual representation of what the application would look like.
