URGENT Build iOS app

I need an iOS app to control my automation web relay. The app communicate with web relay through existing RESTapi.

The knowledge required is as below:
-Dynamic creation of elements listing
-Creation of prebuild template for dashboard view
-Understanding REST API: Know how to send GET command, Parse XML and JSON file to extract required data.(The API already exists, I'm not requiring from you create a new one but only to use it to communicate with Web relay)
-Generating a JSON file containing app configuration.

I will provide you:
-An existing android version of the app to have a better idea of what I'm expecting from you.
-A RestAPI documentation with full support on it.
-Remote access to webrelay to perform any testing needs.

This project include submission to app store.
The projject must be fullfilled within 2-3weeks.
