Unificação de 2 Apps Flutter e Atualização de Dependências

Hello,

I currently have a functional ride-hailing system split into two separate apps: one for passengers and one for drivers. I am looking to merge them into a single, unified application.

Project Goal To consolidate the existing apps into one, maintaining all features, updating the technology stack, and focusing the services specifically on the Brazilian market.

Scope of Work

App Consolidation: Merge passenger and driver apps into a single codebase.

Profile Switching: Add a toggle/button to switch between Passenger and Driver modes.

Tech Stack Upgrade: Update Flutter SDK, Kotlin, Gradle, and all dependencies to their latest stable versions.

Core Features: Maintain ride requests, bidding system, ride history, and payments.

Language Support: Implement Brazilian Portuguese as an additional language.

Geographic Focus (Brazil): Unify and configure all map services and geofencing to focus exclusively on Brazil, ensuring address searches and routing are optimized for the Brazilian territory.

Backend Compatibility: Ensure full compatibility with the existing backend and admin panel.

Expected Delivery

Unified working application (APK/Test build).

Updated source code with the latest dependencies.

Confirmation that the map system and role-switching are fully optimized for Brazil.
