UI Design Upgrade and Upgrade an Existing App

I need a UI / UX designer to create just 2 Pages for an ANDROID APP and a developer to connect them to a pre-existing app. The app needs an upgrade. Connect up to the features of the old app and make some upgrades to original app.

Job: -
1. Two UI/UX Pages: -
a. Splash Screen (Please advise any Playstore charges if relevant)
b. Main Menu (with micro-interactive animated buttons, moving image BG)
2. Five micro-interactions buttons with animations (swipe control)

Circle 1 - Main Circle - Takes you to Main APP.
Circle 2 - About Circle - Shows up text in BG Text
Circle 3 - Credits Circle - Shows up text in BG Text
Circle 4 - Options Circle - Toggle on or off the voices
Circle 5 - Exit App Circle - Press to close App
3. Connecting the already made app to this new UI/UX upgrade
4. implementing new designed buttons inside the app. So for example, changing the current buttons to a better look. Everything else stays the same.
5. Reducing lagging on old app. Improving efficiency and functionality.
6. Removing some sounds. Double checking efficiency of sound, image and gameplay.

INSIDE MAIN APP: -
3 Circles that are smaller than the ones in main menu.
The circles are where the 'PAUSE' sign is now in the current MAIN APP model).
