We shall be using your above two documents to help us assess the quality of your proposal to decide either to award you the contract to decline it. We will be assessing each application towards the end of May 2020.


1.0 WHAT DO WE WANT AND HOW MUCH WE WANT TO PAY?

1.1 We are searching for a Custom Website and APP Developer or Agency. Are you or a member of your team having excellent spoken and written English skills and excellent experience in designing and producing mental health Apps and websites?

(a) NO. If ‘No’, please do not bid for our project. IF YOU DO, WE WILL REPORT YOU TO PPH for disrespecting a customer’s request and project scope.

(b) YES. If ‘Yes’, please bid for our project and send us documentary evidence.


1.2 Our all-inclusive fee for the whole app project: Three thousand USA dollars ($3,000.00). You agreed not to ask for any additional money from us.

2.0 QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED BY THE APPLYING FREELANCER AS PART OF THE BIDDING PROCESS:

If you win the bid and we give you our App to develop:

2.1 What date can you start the app? _____________________________

2.2 What date can you complete and deliver the whole app project? _________________________________________________

2.3 Have you successfully developed and delivered a mental health or mood improvement app in the past?

(i) NO. If ‘No’, please do not bid for our project. IF YOU DO, WE WILL REPORT YOU TO PPH for disrespecting a customer’s request.

(ii) YES. If ‘Yes’, please bid for our project. If yes, what is the name of the mental health or mood improvement app you have successfully developed and delivered in the past? _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

(iii) Prepare and submit your detailed Project Proposal to us.


2.4 Are you already familiar with the features or have you checked out the features of the following and any other Referenced mood improvement app you may be aware off?

(e) Happily
(f) Mood Kit

2.4.2 NO. If ‘No’, please do not bid for our project. IF YOU DO, WE WILL REPORT YOU TO PPH for disrespecting a customer’s request.

2.4.3 YES. If yes, proceed to bid for our App project. And you agreed to in cooperate some excellent features (from the above Referenced Apps) to our App. What are these features that you are proposing to add to your App?
