Time Attendance & Payroll software with Source Code

I require Time Attendance & Payroll Software development with source code. The programming needs to be in C# or VB.NET. All Reports related to Time Office & Payroll System needs to be done. The data will be added to database through our card based or fingerprint attendance machines. This part of integration with our machine will be handled by us. The machine sends ID & time stamp to the database. The appliaction should be able to connect to both MS Access or SQL Server/Oracle databse.
We will be needing the exe as well the source code for the project
