Speech recognition conversation bot app

Please read carefully, i will only be responding to those who understand the brief and have relevant experience.

Brief.

A conversation app that allows the user to speak with a "bot".
The bot will initiate conversation and the user will need to respond with pre determined replies that are written on the screen.

For example:
Bot: Do you like sports?

Answer 1: yes, I do like sports
Answer 2: No, i do not like sports
Answer 3: Yes i do, and I also like to play sports.

The conversation is predetermined and based on responses it would flow into the different branches already designed.

So all of the audio for the "Bot" could technically be human recorded.

The app needs to have voice recognition to ensure the correct respone is said, so that the conversation can progress.

From an admin standpoint, the conversations need to be able to be input into the backend easily. This way new conversations can be constantly developed. Think of them as levels.

Once the voice recognition recognises the correct input the conversation can progress, if it cannot understand ot would say something along the lines of " I am sorry, can you repeat that?".

The concept is simple and the app itself would ve straight forward, the work is intergrating the voice recognition i believe.

Basic UI is fine as I have a designer to finalize the UI.

As far as code i am open to suggestions. JS would be suitable from a support side of things.

A web based app I feel that is compatible across both apple and android seems more efficient and like less work, but if there are suggestions or you have built something similar and already have pieces complete, as i said i am open to suggestions.
