Software To AutoFill Business Manuals With End-User\'s Information

I am searching for someone who can create an application with the following functionality:

1) Application allows the user to enter all business information (business name, address, phone, web site - all business specific details) into a window containing fields (similar to the registration process for most types of software)

2) The application will then take this information and auto-fill business manuals (currently in Microsoft Word) to customize the manual for the specific business (inserting their business name, address, etc. into the correct locations throughout the documents).

Objective: End user purchases software from our company, receives CD (or download), software opens an application prompting them for their specific business information, they complete a series of simple forms, click \"create,\" and then a PDF or Word Document is generated with all of the custom information they just entered properly placed throughout the business manual.
